Holle recommends the following amounts to be stirred into each 200g of food:

• Vegetable or vegetable and meat based meals: 2 teaspoons;
• Fruit based meals: 1 teaspoon;

For smaller amounts, simply adjust the amount of oil you stir in proportionately.
