Bircher-Benner was a Swiss physician and a pioneer in nutritional research in the late 19th century and is best known for the invention of the muesli cereal. Store in a cool, dry place. Unheated leftovers can be kept in the closed jar in the fridge for two days.

2. Start feeding 2-4 teaspoons and increase slowly as needed.
To increase the availability of essential fatty acids Holle recommend fortifying with around ½ teaspoon of Weaning Oil per 100g of fruit purée.
