Delivery Options
DELIVERY is free on all mainland UK orders over £250 excluding VAT (across all our brands). For orders below £250 excluding VAT the delivery charge is £10 + VAT.
Orders will be packed for despatch within 2-3 days of being received.
Delivery is usually made by DPD Local using a next day service.

DPD LOCAL
The progress of courier deliveries in the UK can be tracked online and we will send you a tracking link in the confirmation email.
Our courier service requires that orders be signed for on delivery.

OFFSHORE UK
A delivery supplement may be charged for ‘offshore’ regions in the UK (depending on our courier's rate card); and it is likely that offshore UK addresses will require a 2 day courier delivery service.

This relates to the following postcode prefixes:
- Northern Ireland - that is postcodes starting BT.
- All of the Isle of Man - that is postcodes starting IM.
- The Isle of Wight – postcodes PO30-41.
- The Channel Islands GY and JE postcodes, Scottish Islands, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3, Scilly Isles, TR21.
- Also some of the Scottish Highlands - postcodes AB31, AB33-38 & AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA35-40, PH18-26, PH30-42.

Delivery Information
Placing Your Order
Orders should be placed through the website. If changes are made after an order has been invoiced, picked and packed we reserve the right to add an admin fee of £10 to the invoice to cover the additional work involved to re-invoice and re-package the order.
In the event of a null price or major price error on the website The Eco Barn reserves the right to correct this error on the final invoice and charge the correct price
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: Please Note: We do not hold back orders for items that are out of stock.
Packing your Order Responsibly
To be as eco-friendly as possible and to keep your orders safe on their journey to you we use 100% compostable, biodegradable corn starch eco bibbles, Paper filling, fully recyclable air cushions, recyclable plastic delivery bags and, forming partnerships with local companies so that we can reuse their boxes wherever possible.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
INTRANSIT DAMAGED PARCELS: If your parcel has been visibly damaged in any way, please make the driver aware before you sign for the parcel and notify us immediately (within 24 hours) of your concerns. Please inspect all items ordered immediately upon receipt.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 24 days to cancel and a further 7 days to return the goods to receive a replacement or a refund*(see exemptions below).
All returns should be authorised by The Eco Barn in writing/email prior to returning the item(s) for a refund or exchange.
To return an item, please list the Product to be returned to get an RMA (Return Merchant Authorisation) number, you must not return items without this number because we might not be able to trace the return back to you.

* Exemptions - The following goods and services cannot be returned:
~ Goods which will deteriorate or expire rapidly
~ Goods received sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
~ Goods once they have been inseparably mixed after delivery
Packages that are returned without previous communication, and without an RMA number will be refused upon returning to the Warehouse.
Once we receive your return, we will gladly exchange your item(s) or return your money.
Refunds may be settled using the same payment method used to pay for the original purchase, provided the account details on the PayPal account, or the debit or credit card match the name of the customer.
We will refuse to refund any payment that does not meet the criteria and reserve the right to report any possible fraudulent or false activity to the relevant credit or debit card company.
Damaged, Defective, or Undelivered Product: If a product is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible, or in any case within 24 hours of delivery. We will advise accordingly. Please do not discard any product and/or packaging from the shipment until instructed by The ECO Barn in writing.
We will inspect the undesirable product upon receipt.
In the event that your order does not arrive at the address specified for the order or your order is incomplete you must report to info@theecobarn.co.uk that the product was not received.
We ask that these reports are made as soon as possible, or in any case within 24 hours from the delivery date.
Retail Customer Rights
If for any reason you wish to return goods, other than perishable items like foodstuffs, you as a retail customer have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to return the goods within a further 14 days.
If the goods are faulty or damaged, The ECO Barn will also pay the cost of normal and reasonable return postage.
We are bound by, and abide by the Consumer Contracts Regulations which replaced the Distance Selling Regulations on 13th June 2014.
