Alb Gold Organic Wholegrain Mie Noodles are made with the finest wholemeal durum wheat flour and semolina. Blanched with hot steam then gently dried rather than deep fried, they are very low in fat, and because they are pre-cooked they are super easy to prepare by simply soaking in hot water or boiling for around 4 minutes. Whether in a wok, a frying pan or saucepan, these organic noodles are a versatile all-rounder, perfect in a stir-fry, in soups and salads.
