Packed with the goodness of the whole grain which has been gently unlocked with heat and moisture ready for your baby’s growing needs, it is a source of fibre, vitamins, unsaturated fatty acids and minerals. Ideal for later stages of weaning, it is easy to make fresh at home and is suitable for breakfast, lunch and supper.

Gluten free and no added sugar or salt. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 3 weeks of opening.

Easy to prepare using either breast milk, baby formula or just water for a delicious and wholesome porridge.
1. Heat 120ml of baby's usual milk to approximately 50°C.
2. Add 4 tablespoons (15g) of cereal and stir.
3. Allow to soak and cool to body temperature (37°C) before serving.
This is only a guide. You can prepare Holle Porridges to the texture and quantity that your baby prefers.
