Spelt is an ancient grain that is naturally high in soluble dietary fibre, B-complex vitamins, both simple and complex carbohydrates and is a good source of protein. Easily digestible, this filling porridge is packed with the goodness of the whole grain which has been gently unlocked with heat and moisture, ready for your baby’s growing needs. Due to the high fibre content this super porridge has stool softening properties.

Easy to prepare using either breast milk, baby formula or just water for a delicious and wholesome porridge.
1. Heat 120ml of baby's usual milk to approximately 50°C.
2. Add 4 tablespoons (15g) of cereal and stir.
3. Allow to soak and cool to body temperature (37°C) before serving.
